Join CF Burkheimer Spey Schools and River Runner Outfitters for three days of Deschutes steelhead fishing at the peak of the run. We’ll be floating twenty five miles of the Lower Deschutes River over three days, immersing you in a a beautiful canyon filled with wild steelhead and providing you with the knowledge and confidence it takes to become a successful summer steelhead angler.

Casting technique, fly presentation, fly selection and equipment choices will all be discussed and demonstrated, and anglers will leave the river armed with the ability to swing up summer steelhead in a variety of situations and conditions. Our guides and instructors are experienced Deschutes steelheaders and casting instructors, with positive attitudes and infectious enthusiasm.

We provide a luxurious camp every night as we float through the canyon, with tents strategically placed on prime steelhead water. Gourmet meals paired with Northwest wines are provided, and camp accommodations are top of the line.
