We welcome any rod order placed directly through our shop, and we encourage direct orders for Vintage or Presentation rods and custom work.

CUSTOM ORDERS: A 25% non refundable deposit is required on Custom orders. Please allow for 4 to 8 weeks for delivery.

WARRANTY: C F Burkheimer rods are warranted to the registered original owner for life. Accidents or misuse are not covered under this warranty. However if a mishap takes place resulting in a broken section, C F Burkheimer will repair or replace the part for a nominal fee; On an average; Trout: tips $50 / butts: $75 Steelhead or saltwater: tips / butts $75 Spey: tips / mids: $75 / Spey butts $150. C F Burkheimer reserves the right to examine and determine the nature of the break.

In the event your rod needs repair, the whole rod must be shipped back to properly match the new section(s). Repairs and customer service are a huge priority for us. Turn around on repairs on average take about 2 to 3 weeks. If you need the repair sooner please let us know. We will do everything in our power to get your rod back to you ASAP.
